 Anli, although defeated and beaten by a foe she could not have bested on her own, is now safe and sound thanks to the timely intervention of a certain Holy Knight... Another sad piece. I wonder what it was that attacked her though – the Borreal Hound? A bunch of thugs that Escad was able to fend off before any more damage could be done? I admit, I've got a thing for rescue/save-the-girl scenarios. They're cliche, over-used and overly romanticized – particulary in shojo – and I love 'em for just that reason. So shoot me. *dork* That, and I've got bit a of a thing for Protective!Escad... XD I'd figured he might start being like that because of what happened to Matilda... And hopefully become much less of a butthead. XD On an artistic note, this was the easiest thing I've ever done. I already did all of my initial shading while I was inking it. XD All I had to do was add color and done! XD Hmm, reminds me of those 1950's comic books or somethin'... And ah, more blue-green color overlays. I love blue. I love green. I love blue-green. It's such a wonderful mood setter. XD Aww, Poor Escad.
