Poor guy just can't seem to catch a break. ;_; I do have to wonder what is up with me and this melodramatic shojo-manga-esque "star-crossed lovers" crap. I mean, come on. If you put the time and energy and effort AND end up falling in love, you deserve a happy ending. And post-save-the-world sex. Because everybody knows that's the best kind. Seriously... It's like I'm allergic to happy endings... Still, SadFace!Escad has a very epic sad face. Makes Cheetah have her own sad face. ;_; On an artistic note, this was doodle born out of my apparent obsession for bittersweet stuff, instead of having happy endings. (Hopefully, I keep all of my "downer/bittersweet ending" ideas for fanart instead of using them for fanfiction. ¬¬) Originally had an "anime cel" look in mind, but it deviated from there. This was also sitting around on my computer for a while, and I never got around to finishing it. XD Still all good, even if it is more of the ol' "star-crossed lovers" crap. (That's it.
