 Ahnjil of my original story The Angel Dragon Chronicles. Age: 20
Ahnjil is a gentle and quiet youth, with a deep intellect, superb skill with the sword, and a peaceful, thoughtful outlook on things. An enigma with no recollection of his past, he is content to do various odd jobs, retreat quietly to meditate, or even bury himself into a book. While traveling through the town of Arka, he has a chance meeting with Arlia, and meets her again soon after, becoming completely captivated by her optimistism and sweet-natured ideals. A character of my own creation, and one of the main characters for my original story, The Angel Dragon Chronicles. He is one of the lead characters of the story, and is your fairly "a-typical enigmatic but gentle-hearted love-interest" character. XD Like Arlia and the rest of the cast, he has undergone a fair amount of changes over the past seven-eight years since I started working on ADC – even a complete overhaul of his core role and character. Regardless, he's one of the characters I'm particularly fond of. As stated in his bio, his primary love interest is Arlia. They also have your typical "magicy shojo mysticism" connection too. Lol! XD On an artistic note, the lineart is a slighty older piece, and it took me a awhile to figure out Ahnjil's final colors, but I'm happy with the results. And yes, I did go crazy with the "shiny!" factor. XD (Mostly because I wanted... Haha! Shiny! XD) Since he's human yet not entirely human, I tried to go for a slight other-worldly effect. Really didn't turn out so well, but oh well. XD And yeah, his name and his design does have an obvious "angel" motif. XD Materials: Paper, Pencil, Pigma Pen, Photoshop CS2
