Indigo again! This time with a re-design! XD Also came up with a more detailed story for her, as well as an over-arching universe by which she belongs to, which is essentially like a historial fantasy version of an alternate Earth. XD

A Dancer. Indigo was originally a top dancer from the Bhārat Gaṇarājya Royal Harem, and needless to say, was quite good at her craft. Dancing was her one true love in life, and she was a favorite amoung many royals and nobles, and enjoyed a privilaged lifestyle. In spite of dealing with the cattiness of jealous rivals, Indigo maintained an inffectously sweet and friendly out-look on life, even though she was naive of the world outside the palace walls and of the darker underbelly of the royal world. One night, a friendly thief named Turq came to her window. But instead of theft, the two quickly became fats friends as Turq continuously came and went, leaving tales of the outside world. When the thief discovers a marriage plot orchestrated by a rival of Indigo's, he persuades her to run away with him. Indigo ultimately takes him up on the offer, and then the real story begins...

So yeah... Another character/world-based adventure story to tickle my fancy from time to time and to demand my attention. XD Tentatively called "Colors" now.

On an artistic note, I wanted to actually model the original design in Autodesk Maya, and after a few more refined sketches and drawings, found a more-or-less finalized design. I still hope to model her into 3D since she no has a much simpler design. Tried to keep the sari at the request of a friend, but it fell through. So yeah, simplified redesign makes it all worth while. XD Since the story is revolved around the theme of color, each major character has or willb design and conceptualized with thier own color "theme." For Indigo, it's obvious: various hues of indigos and dark blues with a little bit of yellows and red to add compliments. Yay color theory... XD She's supposed to be Indian in terms of ethnicity, but I don't have much practice with drawing other ethnicities. Whoops. Need to fix that. D:
