Justin, the main hero of the wonderful, wonderful game Grandia. ^^ How I love this game...and it's main hero. Yeah, I know. How fangirly of me. But what can I say? He's just too adorable! XD

Anyway, it's Justin in the Zil Padon Desert, and he's spotted the City of Zil Padon off in the distance, hence his excitement. ^^

It's another venture in cel-shading (the first was a holiday piece), and I'm very happy with the results. It's also a venture in attempting a half-way decent background! (As you may tell, backgrounds are my weak point. Ah well, practice makes perfect as they say.) What I like most about the background itself are the clouds in the sky. ^^ The sand dunes aren't so bad, but I really could've benefitted from using a good reference. What I like most about Justin himself are his eyes, and oddly enough, the inside of his mouth. ^^ I just think he looks so lively and enegertic. (Oh wait, he's always like that. Must be why he's so darn cute. XD)
