 Dante and Lady of Devil May Cry 3. The third of five OTPs. Dante sure does love his lovely Lady. And Lady finds him quite charming at that! ^^ Dante and Lady, in all seriousness, both have had a lot of tragedy in their lives, and both had lost family members who they loved and cared for very much. Because of that in itself, Dante and Lady have each other to lean on when things get a little tough. They also share a just cause and hatred for most demons and evil, corrupt people, wanting to wipe out every single last one so the innocent don't get hurt. And despite the fact that Lady hates demons, Dante gives her all sorts of love, acceptance, and is, ironically, more human than anyone else she's met. In return, he loves her because she's unlike any other woman he's met – strong, determined, and very much an equal to him in many ways. And of course cute as button. ^^ On a cuter note, Dante strikes me as the type to be bit a goofy, sweetheart who's also somewhat of a ham and has favorite people – Lady being his absolute favorite person in the world. In retrospect, Lady strikes me as the type to be more serious and professional, and to find his playful antics a little annoying but mostly charming and sweet. (Especially when he gives her bearhugs. XD) On an artistic note, I was little stumped on how I should pull this one off. I finally decided to not think about it and let come. And with the aid of a couple of internet references and fanfiction, I started doodling Dante and Lady having a cute, sweet and simple moment. I even found a new way of CG'ing that's so much easier and far less time-consuming.
